Peanut Butter Energy Balls
No-bake energy balls with oats, peanut butter and honey. A quick high-protein snack you can prep ahead for the whole week.
These no-bake energy balls are the snack to have on hand when hunger strikes between meals. Oats and peanut butter give you slow-release energy and a hit of protein, while a little honey holds everything together with natural sweetness. They take ten minutes to roll, keep for a week in the fridge, and are far more satisfying than anything from a vending machine.
