About welanutria
welanutria is a free collection of health and fitness calculators and recipes. The idea is simple: give people a fast, clear, honest answer to everyday questions about calories, macros, weight and nutrition — with no sign-up, no clutter, and no selling.
What we offer
A growing set of calculators — daily calories and macros (TDEE), BMI, ideal weight range, protein needs, water intake, and body fat — each one explained in plain language so you understand what the number means and how it was worked out. Alongside the tools, we publish recipes with full per-serving nutrition, and we are building meal plans and food lists to go with them.
Our principles
- Free and open. Every tool works in your browser, instantly, with no account required.
- Method-backed. Each calculator uses a recognised, published formula, and we tell you which one. See our methodology for details.
- Honest about limits. Every estimate comes with its margin of error. These are tools for general guidance, not precise measurements.
- Clear, not clever. We explain things in plain terms and avoid jargon wherever we can.
