Tuna & Avocado Rice Bowl
A simple poke-inspired bowl with tuna, avocado and rice. High in protein and healthy fats, ready in minutes.
Inspired by the Hawaiian poke bowl, this version keeps things simple and quick. Tuna provides lean protein and omega-3, avocado brings creamy healthy fats, and a base of rice makes it properly filling. With a light soy and sesame dressing, it comes together in minutes and feels fresh and restaurant-worthy. Use sushi-grade tuna for a raw bowl, or tinned tuna for an even faster meal.
